By 2021, the market began to bounce back, and so did Reem Island. New agents entered the scene. Off-plan campaigns gained traction. Deals closed, lost, and won again
It was a challenging time, but it was also the year I decided to go back solo to what I love: being a broker no longer a real estate business owner
Reem Island grew from a series of individual projects to a vibrant, interconnected community. The Gate District became iconic with its towering buildings and unique design.
The first skyscrapers rose, transforming the skyline and proving that the dream of Reem Island was not just a fantasy, it was real.
Due to the Global Financial Crisis. Everything I had worked so hard for came crumbling down. Deals vanished overnight. Property values plummeted, but I refocused, adapted, and kept going.
Al Reem Island in 2006- 2007 was nothing but new land. No skyscrapers. No communities. Just a vision that lived in the hearts of its first dreamers. I was one of those dreamers
