Aldar Properties’ groundbreaking residential development, The Arthouse, will be located on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The renowned design team DiLeonardo will create the interiors for this architectural wonder. In order to promote healthy living conditions and eco-friendly design concepts, the project will strive for a 2-star Fitwell certification and a 3-star Pearl Estidama rating.

A variety of homes will be available in the development, including two luxurious 5-bedroom duplex sky villas and apartments with one to three bedrooms. Each apartment will include branded Italian kitchens and wardrobes, and there will be two interior design schemes available: warm and light. The apartments will be between 1,023 and 13,864 square feet, with some units having study space or maid’s quarters.
